JetPay CEO Diane Faro wins Silver Stevie Award
November 29, 2018
Congratulations are in order for JetPay Corporation’s CEO Diane (Vogt) Faro—a 2018 Stevie Award winner. The Stevie Awards are the world’s premier business awards, created in 2002 to honor and recognize the contributions of working professionals. Each award program recognizes a different facet of success, ranging from Women in Business to Sales & Customer Service.
Faro took home the Silver Stevie in the Female Executive of the Year category for companies with 11 to 2,500 employees. The award reflects her decades of service in the financial services industry and exceptional leadership.
When Faro took over as JetPay CEO in 2016, she brought a new strategy for simplified business solutions that would unite the company’s payment and payroll segments under the “One JetPay” umbrella.
She continues to invest in technology to meet the changing demands of the payments and payroll industries, delivering better, faster, scalable platforms. She also invests in her employees, encouraging them to strive for excellence and embrace the concept of making complex simple. Additionally, Point of Sale (POS) solutions and a full suite of human capital management solutions are strengthening the company’s ability to cross-sell services, increasing the potential for JetPay’s growth.
As a result, JetPay’s customers are seeing improved efficiency with enhanced capacity and compliance.
Stevie Awards judges also commended Faro for her commitment to mentorship. She instituted a mentoring program and an open-door policy at JetPay and continually reinforces the ideals of trust and two-way communication. She also co-founded Wnet, the Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions, a nonprofit that serves more than 1,000 women annually through membership and programming, and provides a forum to empower and educate women in payments.
Faro is “tremendously influential in the payments space,” wrote the judges. “Her leadership leaves an indelibly positive mark on the industry, and those who follow in her footsteps. She is a tremendous role model for women who aspire to build careers in this industry. Well-done, Diane.”
We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
