Workforce Today® 5/18/20

Intro

Product Management is pleased to announce the iSolved | Go 13.9 Release. The release will be available on 05/18/2020 on the iOS App Store and the Android Play store.

Below are a few things to be aware of in the updated app:

With the introduction of Workforce Today’s MFA requirements, all iSolved GO application updates will require users to re-authenticate through MFA with each release.

iOS

• Addressed users getting the MFA login multiple times
 
• TOR hours selection now shows list of selectable hours
 
• Tips/adjustments amounts no longer getting cut off
 
• Addressed dark mode om meal/break/punch mode selections
 
• Enhancements to the iOS version to address high contrast settings

Andriod

• Fixed login issues regarding cached logins
 
• Punch button now shows when either quick or detailed punch is enabled
 
• The MFA button is not selectable on some Android devices due to timeout, exiting the app, or hibernation – requires user to start the MFA process again to access
 
• Enhancements to the multi-factor authentication (MFA) on Android devices, addressing older operating system versions that required the "done" button to be used through the keypad instead of onscreen prompts.

• Forgot password link added to login screen
 
• Updated password requirements to include warning if password doesn’t comply
