Email Notification Template Updates

Updated the Email Notification Template so when users are assigned a task, the email includes the following information:
 
1. Task Name
2. Date Created
3. Assigned by
4. Due date
5. Regarding Job (New)
6. Regarding Candidate (New)
7. Note (New)

Candidates

Search Help

A question mark icon has been added to the Candidates Search bar. Clicking this provides users with instructions on how the search function logic works.

Onboarding

Employer Specific Document Upload

Employers can upload specific documents related to the employee once the onboarding process has been completed by the employee.

OFCCP Disability Form Update

The Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form has been updated based on the OFCCP's updates.

COVID-19 Guidelines

In light of the USCIS new guidelines regarding I-9 documents, instructions have been added to the I-9 verification, and added the ability for COVID-19 Reverification for I-9 documents.

Administration

Resume Upload Option

Provides setting in Company > Premium Settings that sets uploading a resume as the default to being required, an option, or disabled. This setting can be overridden at the individual Job level.
